Return Policy
We strive to bring you the absolute best products in the sizes, styles, and colors that you love! If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your standards, or if you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date. We are here to help!

-Items must be in NEW condition. This means that items must be in original packaging, with original tags, and have not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. Items returned to us with makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains will be shipped back to you at your expense.
-Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery date for store credit only. We will contact you with details of your store credit once your return has been processed. Please allow 2 business days from the time your return has been delivered to us for your return to be processed.
- Do not send items before contacting us and initiating return. Items sent without first contacting us to begin the return will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. You must choose shipping with tracking and provide tracking information to us.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns may be made in store. If you would like to return or exchange an item in store, please bring items with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Some items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include hair care products, skin care products, undergarments, gift cards/certificates, sale items, and any item marked as non-returnable.
